Yes they accepted an offer I believe as it was not as much of a lay down misere as our case. Our site was not only obtained illegally whichever way you look at it , it was subsequently trampled upon mined and ruined as well with complete disregard to the holders of the licence or upcoming dispute/court processes.

It would be great if the arbiters made a proper example out of our case to ensure it doesn't just keep happening. I mean if Tanzania want proper solid OS investment in the future this needs to be properly cleaned up once and for all (including the general population of Tanzania)
