The dumb thing is the real crims will just move to something else to exchange.
Could be an e coin, gold, diamonds, barter, IOU, whatever it is they will use it.
These changes mainly affect law abiding people just trying to go about their business.
But the government is never happy, it wants to control and monitor more and more all the time.
