On reading the announcement you are indicating an intention only.
I can't see that it would be binding, however you definitely need to read the words and small print where you actually indicate your intention.
I did not see that anywhere.

The four week extension seems to be a double edged sword for MIN.
Regardless of the results from the current drilling we are guaranteed either the MIN / 1,300 or the upside of the drilling.
There does not seem to be any downside to NWE at the moment.
I do not understand why anyone would even contemplate accepting MIN's offer while we are drilling and you can take the MIN offer later.
Absolutely no reason to even think about accepting the MIN offer for four weeks.
