Are you suggesting Albemarle, a public company listed on the NY stock exchange, will transfer 300+ million dollars to the banks and hedge funds that drove the price down of LTR down by shorting it to reimburse their losses according to a prior agreement?
That sounds like a pretty good way for them all to be charge with market manipulation.
