True, it could use an update.
The main thing that needs adjusting is the PEA (now early Q3).
The line on the Gantt chart for enviro permitting is Ok. I think it's just trying to show that enviro and mine permitting will continue throughout 2023 (rather than meaning to show that it will be complete by end of 2023).
