Seems like it’s an issue that can be managed, but does require detailed mine pre planning and good surveillance thereafter. Plenty of tonnage came out of these areas with this issue successfully managed in the past. In his haste to ‘start her up’ it seems DS might have made a few errors.

Strange situation. What if Wyloo has just been trying to flush out BHP all the while to get a flip on their holding? If that’s the case BHP has called their bluff. It’s going to get a lot more interesting from here regardless.
