This is the latest DFC reporting as provided by the DFC website so I'm obtaining information directly from the DFC. If that's not accurate perhaps tell the BOD and the DFC they have it all wrong.
But I think that even the half yearly report you raised Nov 2022 gives very little information re social and environmental impact plan. In short almost tells you zero about it. So that has how much relevance to the report as provided on the DFC website? you tell me? If theres a new one DFC have to update the paperwork on the website.
So I'm going to assume that they are referring to reports already carried out earlier on as being accurate and they are available as per link..

If you think these settlements and farms outside the town of Karibib and on mining land do not matter then perhaps refer to this article. Not long after this did Lepedico became 80% holders of the mine. But at this point (article point) who owns the land?
And then this included in the report.
So those social impacts and claims from Lepedico in previous posts included in
2022 and this...
also in the report.. to mean the significance is that with no money you may see more people heading into these settlements and creating a bigger problem. Considering aids and other diseases are prevalent across Namibia and with covid still being around and its impact, especially to vulnerable people with diseases like aids there could be further issues arising.
Nampower seems to have its own debt problems. Could its debt be an issue for a company like Lepedico requiring its services? You decide. Could it delay the building of projects in the region? You can decide that too.., heres an article from 21/2/2023...

Another thing they may need is an updated version of this doc signed off as only valid for three years and completed in 2017.
Again if there is a new updated document they should put that on the DFC website.. cause that's where I'm getting my info from That report!

Perhaps input your research sources old friend because your little spiel contains very little..
Enjoy!
