The fact is that US DFC decides what information it makes public on its website, not LPD.
Documents made public by DFC invited public comment on the environmental and social impacts of the project. The closing date for comments was 26 May 2022.
Given that the project has now moved to the DD phase, investors know that any comments received (which @4hrworkweek may be repeating here) have either been addressed or assessed by DFC as without merit.
Research
Investors will take issue with "...research that has come directly from the DFCs (sic) website...".
It is the documents that are on the DFC website, not research. Research occurs when the documents are actually read and understood. Stumbling across a link to documents is not research.
