Not sure why you're posting predictions from almost a year ago that clearly didn't eventuate.
We are presently importing an insane number of new people into the country. It is bad for housing affordability / availability, it is bad for inflation, it is bad for wages, it is bad for quality of life in cities, it is bad for the environment.
