Why? Other than a chart that is still falling what do you see that will make it turn?
I see revenue dropping because of REE pricing. Usually, stock follows.
I see a real chance lamp has to shut down. Even if that chance is only 25% it represents a chance for major fall.
I see every major project behind schedule and over budget. With no data from management about what is going on.
