Some food for thought for all the rare earth downrampers.. while we wait for results and whatnot.

Im not 100% convinced by the hypothesis personally, esp coming from a ruskie at this point in time but also cant dismiss it, still food for thought and if true could certain add some tailwinds to ree and dre. If nothing else it shows the esteem that rare earths are held in by some groups.. A good omen for their value and price id say.
Not doubting the brics currency possibility, just questioning what may back it.
