Don't get wrong, I have been buying and probably bought half the trades here at at 2,5.
Sen managements reporting is useless....if history is guide they wont report officially report books until August no quarterly's with this company., my business partner thinks i am an idiot buying sen, and is probably correct - I just like the business and don't see a great deal of downside at these levels.

1. the 11.5m cash was already reported but the money from harvest capital was conditional
2. conversion of loan to equity, i assume was part of the requirements as it takes the debt off the books -it actually doesn't give them anymore cash than the 5mill from harvest capital.
3. I must say I was hoping for a better announcement, It would have been nice to have seen more money added, but the environment over the last few months has been brutal.
