They thought they had audited accounts when IOU presented them at the beginning of March and I am sure they had a business plan then based on the stated amounts the company had, but with the fraud allegations and missing funds, nobody knows exactly the current state of affairs, so how do you expect new BOD to have the same business plan they went in with when the 249D was presented?
