The above quote was copied from the ASX website relating to how they describe securities for lending purposes. You will note that the announcement for PNC indicated that he bought them on market and the description of what he bought stated that he bought 30000 fully paid ordinary shares (FPO). FPO being the acronym. KJ appears to be buying for probably 2 reasons - in his view to help support the undervalued share price based on his purchase price of 55c in the last capital raise and to indicate that he has faith in the business by increasing his skin in the game.
