Already massively overshooting to the downside, StarPlus, given the 'knowns' and even many of the 'unknowns' (which are wanting more of precision and optimisation than in-principle confirmation) at Quicksilver.
Anyone waiting for perfect market conditions should expect to pay much higher prices for a project of this calibre, in my view.
(But then, I suspect devotees of the eternal sunshine of spotless investment typically miss a great many opportunities - by never committing to any positions at all. )
