Hi Greystone, I have been told by an Oncology Trials person that usually they start phase 1 trials at 10% dose of the expected therapeutic dose. At this stage they are testing for safety and side effects only. Not usually expecting much in the way of efficacy. But it seems evident IMU has seen results at such small dosages. Very exciting.
