Why IMU is a multi multi bagger, page-12534

I too noticed the ‘NeoPolem IST’, PD1-Vaxx trial that appeared on IMU’s Solid Tumors pipeline slide.

It would appear that they a chasing another gastric cancer here.

MSI-High, equates to high levels of microsatellite instability, and is seen in many instances of colorectal cancers (CRC). Actually, MSI-high is a biomarker, now used to identify suitable immunotherapy for many solid tumour types.

** I note, with interest, that our friend pembrolizumab (Keytruda) has FDA approval for use in MSI-H-dMMR metastatic colorectal cancer. It certainly provided significant PFS (survival) over chemo for many patients.

But, as has been the case with other uses pembrolizumab, in various cancer treatments, they have seen a number of ‘side effects’, and again here with CRC. It makes me wonder if IMU are planning ahead with this one ... ie. another possible combo with the multi-billion earner Keytruda. Remember, our IMU treatments have so far proved very, very safe ... not to mention effective. We may ‘bring a lot to table’ when in combo with this FDA approved treatment.

I have no confirmation of this of course, but I have dropped Nick Ede a line asking for some clarification. I will keep those interested, ‘in the loop’.
