I think the market is taking the glass half empty attitude with GMG right now based on the falling Euro which will impact earnings and possible slower growth around the world.
I take the glass half full approach as every day we start to see more revenue streams coming back in development fees, property management fees and now project management fees in China. Funds under management will grow again also.
This is all being done in a way that also conserves their cash with new investors.
