4.1m shares is 2.5% of the 168m shares currently so it is not too diluting.
It would then be a $400m+ company. (5x current)
My question is: Can they do it by licensing alone which assumes a low cash input?
Or will they go the plant building route that requires lots of extra investment from shareholders?
