I've just been reading over MINs "best and final offer to consideration" announcement and a question poped into my head.

So lets look into the crystal ball for a moment.

Lets just say MINRES get to +80% and somehow successfully delists NWE without being able to compulsory acquire all existing shares...

This will leave us in a unique position of being a shareholder in a delisted company that will be cash positive within the few years.

I wonder how CE would feel about distributing special dividends out each year to NWE shareholders who hung in?

Im sure the MIN shareholders dont want to give away profit to staunch NWE holders and then be reminded of it every year in the financial report.

I think CE should maybe reconsider his "Best and final offer to consideration" as time goes on the rotary lie detector (drill rig) at Lockyer Deep is getting deeper and deeper waiting to uncover possibly Australia's largest onshore discovery.
