A key question is what ASIC are doing? No doubt they have a large file to review but do they have their personnel ready to take action? I am also surprised the larger SO4 SHs have remained so quiet given the amount of their losses not to mention the SHs in EQX who burned $20m of their hard eaned. The Board are also very quiet considering what has transpired. Nobody but a few of us on HC appear to be upset by what has happened. What does everyone else know that we don't?
