the aust securities exchange appeals tribunals ruling...which found the asx made the right call in knocking back timis' bid to take control of 2 wa juniors...but should have listened when both parties offered to tweak terms----should allow both sides to save face...the asx will now consider watered down versions of the 2 backdoor listing deals without timis being required to give up the prospect of securing majority stakes in either
