What I am saying is when on leaves it too late and misses on opportunity to safeguard the finances they expose themselves to risks.
When was that offer made to ASM - the $360m AUD. If it was made during the fever period, then it may not be on the table anymore as rates are up and debt is lot more expensive. Many companies are in the process of protecting their balance sheets instead of investing. This should be taken in consideration. Banks are failing left, right and centre. Not that easy to secure funding when a junior.
