Would you be able to post up the info you've found to back that claim up, as I've had a look online and can't find anything so far that points to her trying to manipulate the price or selling shares in order to decrease the share price. From what I remember from the legal proceedings is she was paid $1mil which in my opinion she did pretty good with that being the outcome. Referring back to the price manipulation and the supposedly selling of her shares, I cant see why she would even want to sell shares at these price when there is possible news later this year that could make the share price double so IMO It doesn't seem logical for her to want to sell now and loose out on a possible gain of roughly $230k if she was to sell them at $1. In 3 days time I will be able to obtain some data online that will give me somewhat of an idea of who might've sold, but as for right now I cant find anything.
