Conditional offtakes aren't worth anything but pushed the hype around Lake to $3b MC. I'm sure their tenements will be turned into batteries but at best it will be via Lilac and Salt, from one end of the continent to the other. The tech has been proven but not at commercial scale and they might get there before AGY-Puna gets to 25ktpa from Rincon alone. If they get in with any of the other Rincon juniors, that will take a fast track to multiples.

Lake has begun its orphan period and might be worth a look in 2 or 3 years.
