Is branch rostering software for banks really needed enough to warrant the development spend? Aren't they running skeleton crews and closing branches anyway. The software must be dirt cheap to allow any cost savings surely, or am I out of the loop and branches still having 15+ plus staff on the counters. Are they programming their AI to solve problems from 2005? What am I missing?
Lots of promise here but hard to take them seriously when they feel an announcement is needed for an $85k R&D rebate, or getting excited about growing their sales team from one to four people.
