Fortescue hasn't made money yet, but under the new tax rules if they spent the 15 bil before they do Fortescue will receive
4.5 bil back up front from the Government to help. A lot of posturing going on here by all parties. Haven't seen fortuscue offer to give back the tenements for ballot either now then I would believe its more than posturing.
