    MAErs,

until you are getting detailed announcements like this, which incluided the 'whys and wherefores' worts and all - which is something that never once come in the three or so years i invested here - then you couldn't possibly have an observant/skilled company operator.
Ask for this info on the apparent flows that you are supposed to be getting.
Ask the company of the throat widths and pressures coming form the wells and i think you will find obstacles, like i did. At no time, after many requests, did i ever get detailed stats on any one well head and nor was there ever anyone capable of explaining it to me (for a good reason to do with qualifications).
Ask about pressures, pipe thickness and throat-widths and do it for your own good.
Without this info, something is being untold...or in other words, you are not being told the full story.
While you are there, ask for copies the chemicals invoices that MAE would have received when doing the so-called hydrates rehabilitation, the completions invoices, the re-completions invoices...
oh, and in the same application, aske for evidence of the various stages (yeah right) that MAE have 'told you' they have gone through to have become such a pathetic and hopelessly embarrassingly team of wage earners.
Don't believe it until they have sworn to it in writing which can then be used in court scenario at a later date. If they claim something and then dont put it in writing, ask yourself why? A lie? A lack of understanding? A lack of working? Why not provide detailed results if you have results?

Anyway, here is an example of some good detailed reporting to go by in the future, which is a a rule of thumb standard in the industry, one which MAE have never bothered to practice themselves.
And if they tell you something tha6t they then say they wont put in writing, call ASIC and the ASX regarding inside information and off-market company spin.
You can catch these guys out if you want to if they are doing anything untoward - just ask for evidence and details of all the results they expect you to accept as gospel.

REPORT EXAMPLE ONLY, NOT REGARDING MAES ACTIVITIES IN ANY WAY - do not misinterpret this announcement as beiong in any way relevant to MAES operations, for it is about another company altogether.

    "ACTIVITY UPDATE: PARADOX BASIN #3
    KEY POINTS:
 Paradox Basin #3 was fracture stimulated yesterday
 The stimulation was proceeding to plan when approximately half way through the pumping schedule the fracture ?screened out?
 Half of the intended fracture slurry was successfully pumped into the formation
 The screen-out was caused by bridging across the perforations and has not caused any damage to the formation
 A coil tubing rig has been mobilised to clean out the casing
 The company may attempt to flow the well to assess the effectiveness of the fracture before deciding to rerun the stimulation
 The company remains confident of successfully stimulating the well
 Paradox Basin #3 has encountered some of the best gas shows so far encountered on the Golden Eagle Field
US focussed oil and gas company Golden State Resources Limited (ASX: GDN) (?Golden State? or ?the Company?) has commenced fracture stimulation the first of three zones in Paradox Basin #3. The stimulation was proceeding to plan with five of eight pumping sequences completed when the well screened-out. As a result no further fracture slurries could be injected through the perforations into the formation. No damage to the formation has occurred. Approximately half of the intended fracture slurry was successfully injected into the formation and it is possible the fracture may still be effective. The well is being monitored and is flowing back the carrier fluid.
The forward plan is to clean-out the casing with coil tubing, and if possible conduct a brief flow test before evaluating the effectiveness of the stimulation. A second stimulation will be conducted if required. The fracture procedures will be reviewed prior to further stimulation.
Preliminary evaluation suggests the screen-out occurred when the 3lb/gallon fracture slurry entered the perforations and is believed to be due to bridging across the perforations creating a blockage. The screen-out occurred after 60,000 pounds of the intended 125,000 pounds of proppant had been successfully pumped into the formation. A similar screen-out occurred in the original stimulation of the Ismay Formation in Paradox Basin #1 and is a normal operational risk of stimulating.
Golden State remains optimistic that the well can be successfully stimulated".

Good luck again and watch for the bigger investors who may be pumping and dumping now, in anticipation of potential administration etc.
That is, before the company goes under, these larger investors will push the price up and sell. Its a cycle that will be repeated over and over until D-day, if it comes.
