in my market segment I believe the market has turned kincella, but I'm not looking at investment properties in same areas as yours
I think Chinese buyers will probably diminish with tighter regulations (about time) plus a lot of uncertainty at home in China/HK, and also the uptrend in A$ has ended so they also face FX risk if buying property against that trend
