Let's be fair about this and actually state the facts:

• They had land access issues that they needed to sort out. This has been completed now albeit with a delay
• Kell said that they delayed the rig so that they could complete all of the drilling in one shot because they needed to conserve $$ and getting the rig out there twice would have been wasteful

Still, I am as frustrated as the rest in relation to the delays. That said, I am fairly confident that there will be some consistent news flow in the second half of this year.
