i think thumped is a bit of an exaggeration. it was only 250 000 shares at 0.038. don't forget there are Shares Issued: 1,140,951,667. just relax a bit guys, there is no sense in speculating about the selling...some people will always be making a profit even at low share prices and with that many shares issued there could be loads of people still making profit selling and with the market the way it is at the mo cash in the bank to some people is better than waiting for increase profits.
