    Given how proactive (and confidential) QPM Management is, don't be surprised if next phase is to announce that there is expression of interest/commitment from Fund Managers (particularly ESG) to participate in equity component of financing.
    I know they have been talking so these kind of investors for a while now.... DYOR & GLTAH
