If you have misinterpreted what I have said, then I must apologise.That is not what I meant to infer, it was in my opinion.
You are accepting that ASIC do nothing, zilch, zero, nada. People lost money.
It is questionable if MIN have followed the laws on disclosure among other things.

You seem to be rather defensive about people standing up for their rights.
I think perhaps we do have the law on our side, we shall see. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

It is entirely the choice of the individual to take action or not.
If you do not wish to, that is fine. It is your prerogative of course.

There is no point in us squabbling over it, there are far more important matters to consider.
