Cool … so you’re using it for a “rough idea” … great to know that bit. By simple logic that therefore places all of your suggested values made on this basis as being really really rough ideas doesn’t it?
See unless you’ve got a suggested fair value for a mythical TO MC for PLS, then the “rough idea” is incredibly rough isn’t it … if you want to do comparative value analysis by using a reference point of another entity in the same game, surely it would be more reasonable (and you may gain support for your analysis) if you started with some fair/reasonable comparative not just a stab in the dark.
