I don't need to answer your questions. You've admitted that lots of variables determine rainfall, temperatures etc. Given co2 isn't used in any useful model we can safely rule it out as a significant factor.
By the way, non-zero predictive power means more than can be ascribed to chance. 2 out of a trillion doesn't count. Especially when many of the predictions have a binary possibility.
