no only in the last Investor Presentation was described the dateline see hyperlink to this last announcement in November 2022.

Targeting date for partnership with LG fur new strategic "sulphate product"

I attached also the slide wich show us this date see below in page 6:


This date is now elapsed since 4 days and we all waiting of the next update!

Normaly in a good business communicaton they could inform the market the the discussions and what ever are still ongoing will be for as short announcement enough, but without a message the investors and the market loosing trust day by day an harms all!

Better would be to made a trading stop regarding of this ongoing disussions or negotations and what ever to save the market included all shareholders. That is what we my colleague and me discussed now with our headquarter Rolls Royce with the relevant department which have experience in this way. Because we as RR are as well listed on disalloweds. This discussions was by side on other topics.
But we hear this is possible. Therefore is the behavior from AUZ not understandable.

The other option could be as well the collegue said.
AUZ now very well the possibilities but again, why should M.H. elapsed the date when he has communicated the date in his responsible time as CEO and will earn the same negative results even his CEO B.B colleagues bevor! ? WHY?
I suppose that he now the situation very well an the KPI´s and his main topics and tasks from him was absolutely clear to found an investor and strategic partner who have the money and will accompany AUZ from now to the end as producer.
And he working on it and have highlighted and underline this topics and target in the slides.

What you mean Gents here in the HC Forum? what will you do in this same position?
