But Essentially, It's pretty simple, and an old tactic. Licence software ( an idea) that is the next potential big thing; find people who have influence/ businesses in oversea territor. You then sell the software license and or rights to a burgeoning company. However in the end it's actually is a way of paying for the software to be written.
Hence why ISX didn't generate any meaningful revenue in the early days !
