I have mostly only quickly scanned through the AUZ threads recently as there has been a fair bit of commentary refering to various posters which doesn't achieve much IMO.
31/3 was definitely a line in the sand - stated in the update and more importantly in the prospectus - the silence is very dissapointing from MH - given the profIle to the date I would have expected some form of update by Monday or Tuesday this week.
There could be all sorts of reasons for no response from they can't be bothered to they are close to something.
i think it is a reasonable assumption if the negotiations are dead in the water if for no other than they stated very clearly in the prospectus that negotiations are happening and were expected to be concluded by 31/3 then the company would have to advise shareholders.
