@Royshare I've thought about this too because it's so typical of ASX speccies. That said, I think today may be more of the same, I don't think this circumstance is like for like. Still itching to see how today plays out though.
My thoughts on the contrary:
- If the courts are anything like I imagine then the management of sensitive information is imperative, so I don't think any investor will have the upper-hand.
- I think it's more likely than not, that the outcome was decided and sealed before today. That is to say, today probably isn't the first opportunity for insider trading to happen, if it was going to happen.
If there's no delays we find out in the next 24hrs! It'll be hard to focus on work today!
