With all this talk about offtake partners, PLL helping etc, do people understand SYA actually don't have any product to offer anyone, so therefore they cannot do an offtake ?
NAL is owned by SYQ (SYA 75%, PLL 25%), so it's pretty clear PLL would probably have something to do with an offtake agreement, since they are partners in the JV.
I said a while ago (until yesterday when Ford was front and center at the town hall meeting), my bet was that the offtake SYQ would sign would probably be an extension of one PLL had alreayd done with their other partners (ie LG or Tesla).
