But if eg. the UK said we want blah blah added to your proposal to dose in our country, would Mark write 'strategy' or would he say 'significant changes required in the clinical development (SUBMISSION / PROCESS / DOCUMENTATION) for ATL1102...' who is asking for the significant changes?

Obviously I"m reading into it too much. But I interpret it as significant changes to the strategy / plan / approach.
