Given the SP has only just hit the 2's after languishing for a while well below that - a reasonable issue price? Besides, if he only wants actual cash out of $500K, and then rest in shares, then I suppose that's confidence?
I know its more complex than this, given his holding in SRN already, and you wouldn't want to destabilise your own assets....
