So you're suggesting they are not running out of cash? At 1.8M burn rate, we have 1 qtr to go before we are in non-negotiation territory and will take a rogering to get cash.
Yes, the story is fantastic! The market is great! But the progress is abysmal. Honestly, I think the greenies would not like this project at all. There will be a rare tick in there somewhere that may get endangered ipsofacto the EPA is on a go slow (just speculation of course but look at the actual progress and wonder why??) Hard to see this one getting up from here without a lot more dilution.
