Sorry, but totally brainless in doing a CR at 0.04. They should have dropped the farm out news, let the SP get to 10 to 12 cents then after a few weeks of churn, drop a CR at say 9 cents, they would be issuing 222mil new shares instead.
Only need to look at MEI how they played their hand, sold a Brazilian and followed up later with a rare earths tenement pick up, SP went from 2 cents to 17 cents, before settling at 13/14 range, then dropped a 12cent CR.
