BLM Needs New Plans For Nevada Mine, Judge Says
(April 4) A Nevada federal judge has ordered the Bureau of Land Management to reconsider plans for a large open-pit molybdenum mine in the middle of the state, finding the project invalid because of a proposal to dump waste material near springs that might be protected from such use.
