Agree, as have most other posters above.
I think Vlad has been honourable in the structure of the payment. Taking a little bit of cash, preserving cash for SRN progress and taking a bit of a risk at taking equity at 2.0 cents per share.
I will be voting to approve.
So many good things to look forward to. Maybe Vlad and Paul are the ‘ SRN Dream Team’
