    Well maybe the pending JVA will put to paid all speculation as to whether Citi have a going concern or not. I doubt Jinqu would be signing a LOI much less a JVA including funding if they had any doubts about the existence and economic viability of extracting the gold.
    You can bet however that there are those here that still think they know more.
