Please don't vote to support CE setting such low share price targets- over 3 years it shows piss poor confidence from him.
Performance shares are not just about inspiring management to be working hard, they inspire people to buy in based on management having to work hard to meet them.
At least half his vesting conditions were not fair or even sensical. We'll likely sell off tomorrow based on that alone.
