Hi Stirer, i would be curious to know what @Bradleyknows thoughts are on your belief that framework agreement not required until dividends paid out. Hope you haven’t got that as wrong as your funding secured belief with the Tanzanian bank. It’s funny that PEK, EV1 and EGR all seem to think it’s quite important, perhaps they all have got it wrong? Perhaps it depends on your funder and risks they may be willing to take?
