Steve knew how to sell this project. Unfortunately he had zero clue around the Engineering aspect.
You now have an Engineer in charge from an "Oil and Gas" background who has a much better understanding of the Engineering side of things, but struggles to sell it (he already looks and sounds bored on camera).
This company needs a strong leader, because it is a hard sell. If the CFO is speaking, the company is just going through the motions
